B & L Bullies and Broken Hearts Rescue specializes in the rescue and rehabilitation of pit bull type dogs and special needs cases in Terrebonne Parish, Louisiana.  Most of our rescue efforts are through our Safe Haven program at the Terrebonne Parish Animal Shelter, in which we specifically facilitate the adoptions of the pit bull type dogs in the shelter to give them the option of wonderful adoptive homes.   We are strictly a foster based organization that runs solely on donations from donors and supporters.  For more information about B & L Rescue, please email us at bulliesandbrokenhearts@gmail.com
